Culture of Achievement
Culture matters. Every school needs a consciously crafted, classroom and school-level, Culture of Achievement – a safe, happy, and productive environment in which students, staff, and parents focus on achieving student goals. This is the core belief that Metis’ foundation is built upon. The Metis process provides tangible steps for schools to create a measurable Culture of Achievement. It is our mission to help school teams create and sustain such a Culture.
The Metis Culture of Achievement system includes two professional development programs supporting both a classroom and school Culture of Achievement. They are Managing Student Behavior and Goal-Focused Communication.
