Creating a Culture of Achievement

Every school must seek to develop and sustain a Culture of Achievement with Student Achievement being the end result of all activities and where there is a safe, happy, and productive environment in which students, staff, and parents function.

The Metis Culture of Achievement System is a tightly organized and logically structured leadership and professional development system for teachers and school leaders that provides practical tools to achieve a classroom, program, academy, or school-level Culture of Achievement

Metis Leadership Group delivers these tools in three programs.

What People are Saying

“True school reform projects must integrate the learning environment, curriculum content and materials, instructional skills and strategies, effective use of time and technology, and community involvement. Integrated implementation requires leadership (vision) and effective management skills. I believe your system offers an excellent reform structure, with sustainability.”

Dennis Clancy, PhD, INTERIM STATE Superintendent of Schools FOR PATERSON, NJ

“Students are now achieving academically and behaviorally. We started out with a large number of students who were not focused, who didn’t seem to have the goals they needed. And, I think, once they became focused and we have now moved from the middle school level to the high school level they’re really, really focused. Because many of them want to get into other programs and, in order to go in those programs, they know that they have to be at a certain level they now are working towards that end with teachers assisting them…facilitating, if I may say that facilitating the learning to help them get where they want to go. So, students are more focused, they’re more goal-oriented, and they want to do whatever it takes to achieve their goals.”

Dr. Hannah Hart, District liaison for the Star Academy (Mobile County School District, Mobile, Alabama)
