THE CULTURE OF ACHIEVEMENT SYSTEM

The Culture of Achievement System is a tightly organized and logically structured leadership and

professional development system for teachers and school leaders that Metis Leadership Group

delivers to the school community in three programs.

IT IS PERSONAL.  Students earn higher grades and test scores because they see education as relevant to their career and life goals. In the first program, Focusing Students on Achievement, teachers learn, practice, and receive feedback on communications strategies that help students become active and goal focused.

IT IS SOCIAL.  Learning soars where teachers are confident, skilled facilitators. In the second program, Managing Classroom Behavior, principals and school leaders guide teachers in the successful use of classroom and management strategies.

IT IS VIBRANT. The program provides a strong school community supported by the energy and wisdom of the principal, school leaders, staff, teachers, students, and parents.  In the third program, Building a Healthy School Climate, the principal guides members of the school community to select climate improvement goals, devise and, then, implement a climate improvement plan.
